Technical Representative-German Speaker

Position: German Speakers

Adecco is recruiting a technical solutions representative for one of its clients, an international leader in the IT sector.”

Your responsibilities:

- Work independently using standard protocol as required to respond to customer issues.

- Focus on describing the process to successfully resolve moderate to more difficult technical issues (related to hardware and software) from inbound customer contacts and proactive notification systems.

- Answer service, product, technical and customer relationship questions on topics such as features, specifications and repairs on current and discontinued products, parts and options based on customer eligibility (e.g. warranty, corporate and some mission critical).

- Proactively support customers to prevent or reduce the occurrence of problems.

- Participates in process or quality improvement projects.

- May act as a mentor to lower-level employees working on similar hardware and software.

You are the right candidate if you:

- Have a diploma in German or any other field.

- You’re fluent in German (Level: C1)

-Excellent communication skills

- Computer knowledge is an asset.

- Experience in customer service, remote, support, telephone, e-chat or similar.
