Adecco is recruiting for a renowned bank Responsable d'agence / Agence Sousse 

Principal Responsibilities

1 Management missions

  • Establishes a diagnosis of his branch and provides annual sales action plan to the Head of Branches.
  • Negotiates and assigns the business individual objectives to sales team.
  • Ensure a weekly coaching to his team and analyzes variances in relation to the achievement of business objectives and implements corrective actions.
  • Ensures the organization and consistency of portfolios between him/her and his/her relationship manager.
  • Ensures periodic evaluation of his/her team.
  • 2 Business missions

    • Ensures the achievement of business objectives of his/her branch.
    • Manages a portfolio of SMEs, professionals, and worth customers (about 100 clients).
    • Enhances and develops equipment to its customers in banking products and services.
    • Makes profitable relationship through the tariff approach and increasing of the share of entrusted flux.
    • Regularly uses the sponsorship method to acquire new customers.
    • Performs regularly visits customers, through exploration to develop commercial property.
    • Ensures the development of dual relationships with professionals and SME’s clients, incorporating professional need and private need.
    • Provides customers with quality service and follows thoroughly answers to their claims.
    • Develops international business transactions and signature commitments.
    • To be involved in the local community and develop relationships with local personalities.
    • Monitor monthly frozen debtor accounts and creditor dormant accounts, and save the actions established in a dedicated file (frozen debtor account must not exceed 15% of active accounts).
    • 3 Risk missions

      • Complies with the rules for granting loans before any transmission of files for the approval of the credit department.
      • Ensures the annual renewal of the operating credit related to professionals and SMEs.
      • Follows branch’s outstanding payment and ensures the recovery of NPLs in the soft phase of collection in a working relationship with the recovery unit.
      • Ensures the strict implementation of internal procedures of the Bank and ensures a periodic inspection of 1st level on the sensitive procedures and accounts.
      • Informs the hierarchy of any anomaly or failure detected during checks.

        • Ensures daily the reception and sending of branch mail.
        • Ensures obtaining and preservation of all documents related to the opening of customer accounts and sale of products and services.
        • Ensures the validation of the processing creation of bank cards.
        • Ensures validation of term deposit transactions.
        • Ensures updating and ranking of documents related to clients.
        • Ensures the reliability of entered data and its update in the CBS and in the other applications, related to clients.
        • Ensures daily control of the accounting day and its sending to the internal control.
        • Well managing the team.
        • Ensue versatility in team.
        • Ensure excellent atmosphere work.
        • Ensure excellent quality of service provided to customers.

1 Knowledge

  • Perfect mastery of business techniques
  • Education / Certifications     
  • Bac +3 and more

2 Experience    

  • Minimum 5 years of business activity in a Bank
