Customer Care Agent – Lac – 0 to 1 year of experience

You'll be working as a Customer Care Agent and your main responsibilities include :

• Welcoming students and prospects
• Receiving and placing telephone calls
• Maintaining solid customer relationships by handling questions and concerns promptly and in a professional manner
• Resolving customer complaints, managing database records
• Data entry and research as required to troubleshoot customer problems

• A baccalaureate or a university degree
• Good computer skills
• Experience in customer support is an advantage
• Good level of English
